We loved the nature around, the pool was very nice.

at the beginning they wanted us to pay extra for our dog even though its pet friendly department in booking. If you travel with your pet let them know first!!! And you have to pay extra for ac.. 100 pesos for 8 hours. There is no microwave!

Nice, quiet neighbourhood, beautiful oasis room.

We searched for pet-friendly accommodation, but they seemed surprised when we showed up with a dog.

the kitchen was just a kitchen sink. no fridge no cooker

the price and locatity was ok. pool was nice.

there should by be better surrounding around the pool.

The room was very big and the bathroom was inside the room. The shower had hot water. We had a big terrace and outdoor space. It was nice to relax on the terrace or by the pool.

On our last morning I messaged the number I had been given for the property to ask whether they could book a taxi for us but never got a reply so we ended up walking to the station wihh our luggage. I wouldn't have necessarily expected a taxi to be booked, but a response would have been nice, or even just some information on how to book the taxi myself.

No hot water. Have to pay ridiculous amount for AC separately. Broken mosquito grids on windows. Several straps with spiky staples sticking out from bed base. Very worn bed linen with holes. No toilet seat. Everything very worn and grubby. Nothing felt fresh or clean. Certainly not luxurious. So disappointed as it was our last 2 nights in Mexico.
