The apartment itself is good

The owner is a very rude lady that I had a very hard time reaching and she only sent me the self check in instructions after I called her 4 times. It’s very very hard to reach her and to some messages she didn’t even care to reply. I was honestly afraid I was gonna stay on the street that night. Not a nice experience

A special appartment! Very clean with all what you need for a wonderful stay in Toulouse!! The owner pay attention to all the small detail. Fancy furniture, good decoration! Really enjoyable I definitely recommend

"Disgusting service and facilities"

The location

Pee stains on toilet and floor. I had to clean them myself. Dirty bathroom. Cockroaches and other insects. No seaview. No internet. Host unresponsive to complaint and unfruitful support from booking.com customer service. Money gone for horrible service. I feel scammed.
