We arrived, tried to check in as per instructions. No Reception to collect key, phoned the number, no response, then automated message saying mobile turned off, then line busy. Messaged through Booking.com and text, no response. Met a couple who had booked an appartment through this person through Airbnb, who had not had issues. Presumably double booked. Would have appreciated being told rather than avoiding any contact.
