In der Nähe des Stadtzentrums (Varna City-Centre), der Fußgängerzone am Slivnitsa-Boulevard und des Eingangs zum Meeresgarten, sodass alles nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt war.

Wenn unsere Nachbarn in ihrer Küche rauchen und die Abzugshaube anmachen, scheint der Geruch in unser Appartement zu ziehen. Wir müssen dann ebenfalls die Abzugshaube anmachen.

Great place, excellent location and nice facilities

the apartment was large, clean and well equipped; good quality mattresses and pillows; the host's instructions were very useful and complete;

in the basement of the building where we were accommodated is a karaoke club from where, occasionally, the sound of music can be heard during the night; small problems with the water drainage in the shower cabins in the bathrooms; it is not attributable to the property but those who come with their own car should know that finding a parking space in the area can be very difficult

Weekends are noisy due to club being downstairs.
