Good location. Big apartment.

Despite promised wifi connection, we have no such. After continuous messages to the owner asking him to solve this issue and a week of empty promises, we still didn’t get the internet and waisted a lot of money for mobile internet roaming. The kitchen is small and located in an almost completely closed compartment. All the time observed, the smell of cigarettes which is generated by our neighbors. On the ground floor is located the night club, with loud music and karaoke during all night. Everything is not very clean, all kitchen appliances old enough and needs some extra cleaning. Toilet fan in one of bathrooms out of order.

We reserve for 5 people and get only 4 towels. On the couch there were no sheets It's not safe to park motorcycle on the street

The Host was very arrogant and not cooperative. Focus on only making money that customers satisfaction. The apartment smells like cigarette smoking. Very bad for no smokers and family with baby like in my case. Lift wasn't working for our apartment level. So you need to carry everything through the stairs. Very bad when you have so much baggage or a small kid like our family. I have informed the Host and Booking.com. Both have refused to cancel our booking. The host has lied that the elevator was working correctly. I made a video and sent it to him and he continued to say that the elevator is working correctly for our apartment level. I have asked him to come see from himself or to send somebody else to check first only to check the fact that the lift wasn't working and in second time to see how to repair it. The host has refused. Very strange. Very Bad experience with the Host and Booking.com. I wrote many times the booking customer service to inform them about the situation, but they have never contacted me back. Please consider first others option before booking this apartment. The Host replied fast, but he is not very cooperative and he lied too much.

It was clean, located in the center so you have everything near to you, and fast replies by host.
