This apartment is amazing - a real home from home. The location is excellent and very peaceful. The terrace is a real highlight with stunning views of the lake. Andrea has catered for all possible needs.

"Exceptional"

The apartment is wonderful,cozy with an amazing view of the lake. We didn’t run into any problems as mr. Andrea provided us with detailed instructions for finding the place and everything we need to know about it. Around the place there are shops, restaurants, bars and an ATM machine if you need. There is a bus stop very close to the apartment and the bus takes you to Como so we didn’t need to use car. As for parking, we didn’t manage to find a free public parking spot close to the apartment and we left the car there all weekend, we did not have any problems. All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Clean, nice views, outside of the madness of como city. Everything was nice! Top choice relatively close to the city of como.

Only the parking. There's no parking (private) as is written in Booking, that belongs to the apartment. There are some public spots around with certain time restrictions during weekdays.

Brilliant location - right on the lake. Was winter when we visited but the terrace would be brilliant in warmer weather 😁 Clean, modern apartment in a lovely old character building Outstanding value for money Clear easy check in instructions The welcome bottle of (Very good) wine was very welcome with us!!

"Great stay!"

The apartment was exceptionally clean. It is spacious and provides everything what is required. The view from the terrace is amazing. Location is convenient as it is only 15-20 minutes to Como. Owner is very responsive and provided clear check in instructions.

There was nothing wrong about the apartment. Just need to mention that parking is on the street and is about 5 minutes walk
