"Great Apartment, great landlord, fabulous place really enjoyed our stay"

The apartment was lovely well furnished and utilised. Andrea the landlord was amazing, the help he provided from giving us advice on where to shop or eat to helping us with our lost case at the airport. He is a gem. The terrace is gorgeous the view is beautiful.

The only thing I can say is the steps as it's on the 2nd floor so with the cases it was a bit of a pain but the view and the apartment are worth it

The apartment is really nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Terrace has beautiful view and it’s really relaxing for morning coffee or evening chill out. The apartment owner, Andrea, has a whole new level of customer care. He’s always available on WhatsApp or call, super helpful, managed to arrange our transportation to and from the train station, as well as helping us out is some unexpected situation we got ourselves into when we missed last ferry of the day to go back. We are super happy with everything and would recommend this property to anyone who needs a really nice, clean and quiet place in Como.

"Comfortable Stay."

Newly renovated. Like home. All facilities were there, only thing we missed was a dishwasher.

Parking is an issue. Nearest parking, close to a shop was blocked with chairs. Up to apartment (2nd Floor) you would need to climb 3.5 to 4 floors in total but can be expected as it is a hilly area.

it is exactly as on photos, lot of equipment in the kitchen, mice church just in front, it was quiet easy to park near. it was just little bit cold

The place and view is great! Owner helps us to go to train station when our taxi was canceled, so thankful for that!
