Urban Residences Chania

I really liked the location of the apartment and the views. The apartment is nicely located a small 6-10 minute walk from the center. There were plenty of restaurants and lots of possibilities to purchase groceries nearby.

The apartment lacked the following: - a shower door - a small folder with recommendations and general house rules - we were missing some of the basic house stuff in which we had to buy.

The location was a nice walk to old town Chania, and a little market nearby. The apartment was roomy and provided the basics. It was neat and clean as well.

NOTE: The one bedroom apartment where we stayed had a very slight view of the sea...not like what you see in the pictures. The Penthouse, where our friends stayed, had a generous few of the sea just like advertised. If it's important to you, call and secure the room you want. Parking: the free parking across the street was often full...once, after driving around, we ended up parking in a space we thought was free, and received 2 tickets; one at night and one in the morning Also, NO Elevator

Probably the cleanest accommodation we've had in Europe.

The location was very central, which means it also comes with noise and lights, even during the night. Luckily, I had ear plugs and a sleep mask, so I was still able to get enough rest.

Emplacement parfait, à deux pas de la mer (plage de Koum Kapi) et à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville de Chania. La rue est néanmoins assez calme pour un centre-ville. Le studio est spacieux, extrêmement propre, bien rangé et équipé, dispose de deux balcons et de volets aux fenêtres, ce qui est un vrai plus. La literie est de qualité et confortable.

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur donc demandez plutôt les étages du bas si vous êtes chargés. Un miroir en plus de celui de la salle d'eau serait appréciable, mais c'est un détail !

Excellent and very clean room, in a perfect location close to everything.

Very convenient location close to the old town and to the beach; equipped with all necessary amenities for a short trip and comfortable bed. We were very happy with our stay.
