Urban Residences Chania

Urban Residences Chania is located in a very central street, a few minutes away from the old town of Chania. The room we got was on the fourth floor (bear in mind there's no elevator) with a nice balcony view. The room itself was spacious and comfortable for 2 persons. The owner is very responsive on WhatsApp and overall helpful.

There's no private parking as we initially thought - only a "free" parking area that is always occuppied. Overall, parking is a huge issue in this particular area, so something to bear in mind. It can also get fairly noisy, as this is a buzzing street with events, concerts going on and too much traffic. Furthermore, don't expect hotel type of services - it's more of an apartment style experience, so breakfast etc is not to be expected.

Spotlessly clean, perfect location for us. Communication and helpfulness was great. They kindly helped with my queries.

Nothing, everything was great! One suggestion would be to put a mirror in another room not just the bathroom. Only a suggestion it didnt bother us!

Location & proximity to CBD, restaurants & local beach. Washing machine on the 5th level. Parking always available on street.

Very basic amenities ie not even salt & pepper, but adequate if you dine out.

Location, convenience, communication with manager by what's app, comfort and cleanliness.

No view (but not expected).
