Location is excelent, 4min walk to the beach and 4min walk to the town centre, our 3rd time in Boscombe, defo the best property so far, l would highly recommend.

The outside area coming to the property from the back could use some quick maintenance and it would be wonderful.

Clean and comfortable, good kitchen facilities and location very good for the beach and twin centre

The location was good

Needed more attention to detail when cleaning. The bed didn't look freshly made, cups stained, oven not cleaned, shower too hot, not way to turn down. Only stayed because we were able to go into town to buy sleeping bags, pillows and pillow cases. Left one night early as needed to take a shower.

Outside is grubby, dirty blinds, no mirror in bathroom, dirty cups and only 1 glass. Shower very hot and unable to turn down. Communal back door tide open all night and gate wedged open. Didn’t feel very safe

It was in a good location

Black mould around window and next to the bed, blind didn’t give any privacy & shower only worked on boiling you couldn’t turn the temperature down! & lack of cooking facilities only one knife two forks, one teaspoon & one tablespoon & you can’t use the tv. & parking is hit and miss.

good localization

Due to the sewage works taking place in apartment 4, we were informed in advance and were offered apartment 12, photos were sent to us at our request and we agreed. After arrival, we were shocked. There were terrible yellow stains on the entire wall next to the bed and on the ceiling, which must have been there for a long time, because in some places the paint was peeling and there were cracks, the bathroom door didn't close, so the light kept turning on, it was impossible. sleep normally. There were no such things in the photos sent to us, this apartment in this condition should not be put into use, only for renovation, if we had known about its condition, we would have definitely given up

The blind needs replacing

The location and heating were good. Keyless entry. Clean fridge. Washing up liquid, tea towel, sponge for cleaning.

Sadly the accommodation was not as advertised. No Internet, despite me contacting property management number given. No coffee maker. Black mould in room. Extracter fan didn't work. Blind did not cover window completely as room by busy rear entrance this effected my privacy. Un clean Bedding with someone else's personal hair in it. Sparse cuttlery/crockery. Cookware had definitely seen better days. A window on front of property had been broken on Saturday night onto communal path, broken glass still there on Monday morning on departure.
