Bournemouth 3 Bedroom - Parking

The location was great, very central, short walk to the beach and town centre. Check-in was easy via a lock box. Flat is a good size, plenty of space for us (4 adults + 1 infant).

The permit required for parking in the flats on site parking space was not in the property on arrival so we had to pay for parking nearby. The host then failed to respond to messages so we had to pay for parking for the full duration of our stay. As of writing this the host has not achnowleged our query despite sending messages asking for a review. We stayed for two nights over a weekend, on the Saturday night there was a very loud party in the flat upstairs late into the night (3-4AM). The flat is not in as good condition as the pictures portray and the window blinds do not keep out much light. Additional points others have mentioned, toilet seat is broken in one of the bathrooms, and the main shower drains very slowly.

Cleanliness wasn't up to standards Rooms were very bright even with the blinds and lot of light came through early morning making it difficult to sleep. There wasnt much toiletries or cleaning products available. Very noisy at night time you could here the people from the other apartments very clearly not soundproof

Location was good and apartment was spacious

The shower drain was blocked, I contacted the property staff but no one responded to me. We had no assistance during our stay at the apartment. There was no bedding provided for the sleeper couch. Again tried to contact the property staff with no luck. Protect could have been cleaned properly.

Just want to make any prospective renters what to expect when booking this property. It should be reported to Trades Descriptions (and this is what I am going to do) as the photos displayed on the advertising page have no reality to what is on offer. The whole flat is in need of a refurb. The dirty/flaking paintwork, the broken toilet seat, crockery chipped and broken, dirty/greasy kitchen tiles, laundry area was full of black mould and smelt strongly of damp as did the bedrooms and beds/linens/pillows etc. Front door security chain broken - need i go on???? When a complaint was made to the management company, the response from the landlord was to the effect of "because you had left a scathing review, there will be no refund of any description". I informed Booking.com that I was not looking for a full refund, maybe 30% would have been accepted. We paid £777 for a 2 night stay, if the flat had been as described in the advertising pictures, it would have been a very acceptable amount, but what we got was deplorable. The company had the audacity to say that the flat was thoroughly cleaned after every stay -NOT ACCEPTABLE, DO NOT BOOK THIS FLAT

Spacious, light and comfortable. Fantastic location.

Blinds in bedrooms need to cut out more light.
