Wellington CBD Apartment

Great location. Easy walking distance to everything in the city. Spacious apartment, clean and spacious. Had a wonderful stay. Laurence was super nice to communicate with.

Appartement très bien situé en centre ville. Lits et canapé confortables. Grande salle de bain avec baignoire, lave-linge et sèche-linge.

Cuisine toute petite et très peu équipée (il n'y a même pas de four !). Très peu d'ustensiles également (pas de fouet, pas de passoire, pas de verre doseur, etc.). Autre point négatif : aucune place de stationnement, alors que celui-ci est compliqué et cher à Wellington. Et enfin, très mauvaise isolation ! Enormément de bruit la nuit, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans la rue la nuit, même le bruit du feu piéton (pas de double vitrage). Et les rideaux ne sont pas occultants du tout, la nuit il fait jour à cause des lampadaires. Vu le prix élevé, ces points négatifs abaissent considérablement l'impression globale.

A bit noisy on Friday night, but the other nights were quiet. There was no clothes storage in the Queen bedroom.

Great location, good communication with host, very comfortable (though a bit too light for me for sleeping) and plenty of space for the two of us. Would recommend and would stay again.

All good. Although perhaps they need a taller cleaner!

A very well appointed apartment in the heart of the city. Instructions for check-in were clear and concise, and the owner was very attentive when we noticed a small issue for him to resolve. Beds were super comfy, and parking is available at near-by parking stations
