Wellington CBD Apartment

The location was fantastic, spacious ,had everything we needed except had difficulty with the TV , but overall great apartment will definitely recommend

The apartment was really spacious with a great kitchen area and very comfortable lounge and dining area. The apartment is very central and within easy walking access to most places. We felt that the apartment was in need of refurbishment and that the space in both bedrooms was 'tricky'. Also, we've slept in more comfortable beds. Our host was very easy to communicate with and really helpful.

Centrally located in a historic building.

Noise as you would expect was loud so you had to close the windows at night and it got hot. Would be nice to have a fan in the bedrooms. Also you change the shower nozzle so that the pressure could be better.

Excellent location and spacious plus 2 toilets a real bonus

A quirky set up with the shape but that it character. Normal tv would have been nice too

Convenient location (super close to many bus routes, attractions & shops). Spacious living area, separated bedrooms, extra toilet, washing machine & cooking facilities. Lawrence was a responsive host, giving clear instructions & timely responses.

Master bedroom would be too tight for more than 1 person.

Pay parking , especially on weekend when there is no $18 per day flat rate. The bedrooms are tight on space.
