Good location,nice accommodation,friendly host

The view of the water was amazing! Really nice 20 min walk to the edge of Old Town and 30 to the center. Evangelina could not have been nicer. She brought us goodies when we arrived and kept in touch. We have a friend forever! The apartment is very spacious and clean. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. The Fireplace was very nice and we had as much firewood as we needed for evening fires. The large terrace was perfect. We could not have asked for a better stay.

The beds and showers were not quite to American standards but for a small, old Island, they were great. I would have loved 2 lounge/beach chairs on the terrace but I’m sure Evangelina would have brought some had I asked.

The water tank seems little small. Water will be cold after 2-3 people took shower.

Evangelica’s home was fully stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. She went above and beyond with her hospitality! She met us at check in to help orient us to the features of the home. And she had dinner and dessert ready upon our arrival! We were so hungry after a ferry ride, that this was such a kind gesture. The parking was so convenient and the views from the patio are breathtaking! She even gave suggestions on places to visit and eat! I would definitely stay with Evangelica again!

This apartment was very comfortable and has a spectacular view of the sea. Perfectly arranged for two couples. We had a car so we could get into the city quickly but a 20 minute walk took us to the harbor. Our host was amazing by helping with early check in and welcoming us with homemade treats and moussaka! Yum. Apartment was very generously equipped with cooking oils etc and fresh fruit. Thanks so much.

Some noise from repair work to building for part of our stay. But it seems like a small job.

The host met us at the apartment to give us the keys. She also brought us a bowl of fruit and some pastries. The next day she dropped another pastry by our door. Everything was delicious and greatly appreciated for an early breakfast. The view is amazing here and it’s a nice walk to the beach or the many restaurants.

La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e premurosa ! Era sempre reperibile e all'arrivo ci ha offerto dei cibi tipici di Creta preparati appositamente da lei per noi !

Sarebbe perfetto trovare in dotazione degli articoli da spiaggia in modo da non doverli comprare direttamente e poi lasciare o regalare .
