Main square 5 star luxury apartment with view

Unfortunately, our experience with this accommodation was far from satisfactory. Communication with the host was poor, and the information provided was outdated and inaccurate. Even though we arrived after the official check-in time, our room was still not ready. Instead of apologizing or handling the situation professionally, the host became visibly upset and told us that if we did not like it, we were free to find accommodation elsewhere. The host’s behavior was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Two people were sent to clean the room in a hurry, finishing in about 30 minutes, which clearly affected the quality of the cleaning. As a result, we found the accommodation visibly dirty.

emplacement parfait en centre ville. nous avons effectué tous nos déplacements à pied. logement spacieux, très propre, literie très confortable.

pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains : pas de réponse du propriétaire malgré nos demandes répétées. description des aménagements excessive : pas de sèche cheveux, pas de four classique, lave vaisselle en panne, une seule petite cuillère pour un logement de 4 personnes...

check-in process was rather smooth. Location was excellent - Very close to many of the main attractions in Cluj and close to a rather affordable parking lot

- The boiler was dysfunctional - It kept flashing an error message - The entire apartment had a sharp cigarette smell upon arrival - It took ~1.5 days for it to pass - Hosts we COMPLETELY unresponsive - Didn't return sms messages / booking messages, and even had the nerve to send me a summary message asking fore five stars after repeatedly ignoring my messages to them on all the issues the apartment had. - WiFi was plugged off completely - I had to debug the router myself to make it work - The dishwasher was extremely dirty - Still had food residue in it from previous residents
