The explanation regarding the keys was unsatisfactory, and the apartment's condition was quite unclear. It took nearly four hours to reach the host, and that was only possible through the booking service, as their phone was unreachable. Consequently, the start of our trip was rather disastrous. However, the cleaners were very kind and performed their duties admirably. No compensation was suggested at all.

We really liked it. The place was cozy and nice looking. We needed to turn on the heater to have heat in the rooms and hot water. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen. For this price for one night is a really nice offer.

We asked about more toilet paper - where we can find it (because there was one not full roll), and we didn't get any info. We could not find the dishcloth in the kitchen.

The host sent a message asking guests not to post negative feedback publicly and to send it privately instead, stating that negative reviews would be considered “revenge” and publicly contested. Similar cleanliness issues were already mentioned in earlier reviews, yet the same problems persist. Cleanliness and maintenance was below an acceptable standard. - We found leftovers from previous guests (empty soda bottle, food wrappers). - Sheets with yellow stains - Bathroom accessories were rusty - The door and handle not maintained, sometimes block - No trash bags or any kind of napkins - The fireplace shown in the listing is not functional. - Had to frequently reset the heating system because it had errors The overall experience felt impersonal, with little attention to detail or guest care. Overall Good location and space, but cleanliness, maintenance, and the host’s attitude do not justify the high rating
