Unbeatable location , easy access and very good instructions how to get in . Right on the main square and close to everything .!!! The apartment was cute and cosy . We loved it and highly recommend .It also had a washing machine which is a big plus .

Nothing , it was great , just a few little things that would have made the stay that bit better.. It just needs a few little touches like wine glasses and decent cups / glasses / kitchen stuff , there was a cork screw which was broken which I only found out after I bought the bottle of wine . I then had to go and buy a corkscrew which wasn't easy to find . (Just a note , all wine seems to have corks in Cluj and no screw tops , so a cork screw is a big deal if you drink wine ).Also instructions on how to use things like the heater would be really helpful .When we arrived there was a heater left on for us which was a really nice welcome but it seemed to be on a timer setting and Wi-Fi controlled .It was lovely and warm for the first night , then went off and we couldn't work out how to turn it on again and we were cold . Also more bedding would be great , the duvet provided is not big or long enough for 2 people , especially when it's cold and you don't know how to work the heater. Also the photos show the fireplace working , which looks fantastic in the photos .Again there are no instructions on how to use it , or whether you are actually supposed to be able to use it . ( it seemed to be a bio heater , if it was there wasn't any fuel provided or advise on where to buy bio fuel ) However, we didn't ask the owners for any help with any of these things and they might have given us the answers if we had .

Location was perfect, right in the middle of the city but conveniently located in a very quiet courtyard. The appartment has a very cozy familiar feeling. Loved the book shelf! The hist was very helpful and communicative, even gave me a call while on his vacation to help me with a question. And internet is super fast! Could have easily have a couple working with videocalls at the same time.

The apartment is well located, no traffic noise. It is clean, Wifi works quite good (if the owner gives you the correct password). The apartment has some TV channels (no English), a fridge and cooking options. The bathroom is small but equipped with a washing machine. For having dinner, you get 1 minute outside and are in the middle of the main place for eating at night. The athmosphere of the apartment is nice. Maximum 2 persons might fit into appartment No. 5.

I asked for a receipt. It took a while for an answer. There is no person around for questions, anything will be done online.
