Colonial Ultra Center Apartment

The apartment was cozy and welcoming, it felt like home.

It looked nice, but my grading was held down by the finishing touches it had (hole in wall under the heating unit, bags of blankets and pillows hid in the storage areas that were... less than ideal, plates were). Best looking area was for sure the pillowed window area. There were a few cats, one of which allowed itself to be pet. Other 2 were a tad less willing. Placement was awesome. Easy to find, easy to reach anything and this was very useful in my situation.

The appartment itself was clean...ish. All the main / used areas were clean, while the more out of sight ones were dusty (bookshelves, bathroom wall-tops and few others). Plates had dust on them and glasses were a tad filthy, but those were manageable with the dish soap that was available. There are a lot of other.. "living quarters" around, and there were a quite a bit of neighbor noises. Nothing too loud and certainly not for the greater part of the day, but it did get annoying at times. Worst part (as a non-smoker) was that the upstairs neighbor was smoking quite a bit. I was all floof in the window area reading stuff and then the smell of smoke just came in, and it lasted a fair while. Not unbearable, and I could've closed the window, but I like my cold breeze.

The room was not clean at all , no internet connection as the wifi didn’t work , and i tried to speak with the owner and explained him the situation but he just didn’t respond to me or to tried to make the situation better Especially that there were also spider webs above the bed in the room
