Great location right on the coast. Park was quiet and parking right outside.

Not clean and previous occupants must have had a dog meaning sofa smelt.

We have stayed on Bideford Bay before and so were familiar with it. The property was clean and tidy when we arrived

It was very cold and the heating in the chalet is inadequate for winter time. The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable and I didn’t like having to bring our own bedding as I’ve never had to do this before We couldn’t get the tv to work, it was sound but no picture The hot water in the bathroom wasn’t really hot enough for a bath , however the shower was fine

The chalet was very conveniently located for us to visit family in nearby Welcombe and Bude. The chalet had everything we could need and was comfortable.

Just the right size and location for what I needed

It was generally clean and well kept and a good place to stay. However, a few things made it not so good such as a damp sofa on arrival and a damp smell in the air; a pot of mouldy stew overlooked in the cupboard; the numbers had been worn off the dials on the oven so it was hard to fathom the temperature although oven worked well; the TV was temperamental but not due to signal; it was very cold on arrival but the available plug in heaters and one on the wall just about kept it warm enough; the mattress on the double bed was not very supportive.

For us this was a trip to see the area I had not realised we were staying on a holiday park But we had what we needed a bed bathroom kitchen

Being asked to bring own bedding was fine also own towels what we wernt told to bring was a bath mat so bathroom floor got wet and could be slippey for some people TV did not work all we could do is hear the sound so put radio on while doing my own hobby on the table As we wernt there on holiday we did not look around the park so canr comment
