It's looked clean but it's really not (and this is a red flag for me). Bed looks nice and tidy but when we were about to sleep my sister noticed like the duvet smelled like a pee. So we sniffed around to confirm and the bed smelled really awful we almost vomited. The staff came after an hour and we saw that there's really a pee on it in the other side of the bed foam like a looot. It was really disgusting. Afterwards we felt like everything in the whole place smelled like pee. It's probably the previous guests' doing but it should have been cleaned throughly. How I wish the cleaning staff noticed it before we checked in (we checked in at night, check out time was 12pm. There's a plenty time for cleaning) No extra mattress for 2 on the same day of the incident (they had to buy new one and it's already midnight) No extra duvet given afterwards. I even instructed the cleaner to clean the bedframe first as she was about to put a thin mattress for one on the bedframe. (imagine if I wasn't there to oversee everything) Since the room still smelled like a pee. I had to sleep in the sofa for a night and my sister had to sleep with my parents in the other room (that's good for only 2). I couldn't imagine if our parents had chosen the other room. It's really unhygienic. Us children always want our parents to have a hassle free vacation. Staff were nice. We got an apology letter a cake and compensated us for 2000php. Cleaned the flat the next day. But I still imagine the trauma we experienced we won't forget it and we'll be reminded of it everytime we booked for a flat/hotel. This deserves an honest review.

A home away from home! Very clean, complete with amenities and Good location. It was a comfortable Stay for my family .No problem with Check-in/check out because the owner instructed us before we arrive of what to do. The owner is very nice .
