Accessible to Molo church. Transportations/ buses, taxis are accesible outside. Security and safety are good.

Shower screws are not fixed properly, comforter in both beds are not big enough to cover our body. When we arrived the swimming pool is not clean. No local channels in TV.

The apartment (Unit 1817) - 2 big rooms, spacious living area, toilet is NOT cramp, I love the hot shower! The kitchen utensils are complete, even the chopping boards are colour-coded, iron/ironing board, A/C worked well, the internet is fast and reliable. We were able to work while on a vacation because of the strong internet! Nice river view from our windows! The location is very perfect for us who are strangers in Iloilo. It is close to the supermarkets, grocery stores, fast food and local restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed walking along The Esplanade every morning. It's nice to walk even for 30 minutes. The air is clean, there is no garbage in the river, no vendors, no bikes, just people walking smoothly and enjoying the quietness of the area. It is not dangerous even if we walk at night on the Esplanade. There are many restaurants and coffee shops. At its end is the ATRIA. It's very lively at night, food, music and more. You will love the place if you love night life. Skinetics is our favorite place. It is a massage place. We had a massage there for 2 hours. The staff is very relaxing and very professional. It was definitely worth what we paid for. It was just a short walk from the accommodation. We are also very close to Festive Mall, MegaWorld and SM Mall. If you want shopping and more food, go there and you won't regret it. Lots of choices. It's easy to go anywhere because if we don't just walk, it's easy to call a taxi. Also jeepneys and tricycles always pass in front of One Spatial. The drivers and the people we met were also kind. We felt so safe. Drivers do not over charge. There were quite a number of historical places The hosts - customer service experience is amazing, it's above and beyond. They let us check out late (as in 5pm) because our flight is in the evening! We have documents to print. We mentioned it to the hosts. They brought their staff to deliver the printed copies of the documents we needed.
