Friendly staff

No dining area

I think the place has great potential but the hospitality was really bad.

- The service upon arrival was bad, I waited for a while without anyone giving direction of the room that I will be occupying. - I attempted to make a call and send a message and I had no responses. - The room was not clean, there were ants because of the dirt and the bin hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupant. - I was given the wrong Wi-Fi password and when I tried to call them or send a message there was no response. - One of the chairs had a broken leg. - The fan was faulty and made funny sounds when being turned on (looks like it will fall off). - The toilet paper used was the cheap ones that fall off in your hands. - I could not lock the door from the outside.

The staff were very friendly Facility was clean

The dog that was wondering around disturbing our chilled vibes outside, once u open the door it peeps inside

The accommodation is affordable.

The dogs are always loose, make it difficult so that customer to go outside whenever they feel like it. The staff kept promising to lock to dogs but it was just a promise with no action.
