1. The humanity displayed by the host. 2. They were flexible with their check in and check out times. 3. I loved the privacy they gave me, a peaceful no disturbance kinda of stay.

1. The sliding door was not locking, I had to leave the room unlocked every time when I go out. However the host ensured that it was safe and nothing would happen, he also apologised for this. 2. They have big dogs which were let out on Sunday, I had to call to get them removed.
