DOGS 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️👍 So so inconsiderate to have so many roaming the yard and not even alerting guests before making a booking, I have phobia with dogs and I had to constantly ask for them to keep them locked up.if I had my way I would have cancelled my booking, and there’s was no clear information about the location

The place was beautiful and very clean ,the owner had good human relations and made us feel at home

The rooms were clean and lovely

On reception I requested parking for my work bus and it was granted. Later in the night someone else came and rudely told me that I should remove the bus with immediate effect and pay R1000.00 for parking because it is unlawfully parked. I explained that the person who received me at check-in granted me permission to do so. The following morning I was treated kindly by someone else, with them even offering breakfast. So in short, I did not like having to deal with different people because it led to miscommunication and uncertainty on my part.

We enjoyed our stay .The family is welcoming, very friendly and helpful .the room ,yard and kitchen is kept clean always. The peaceful scenery. I totally recommend them ✨️

I was already tired when I reached the place, so I had to call for keys

The fact that I missed or forfeited the 31st and nothing was done about it while I had a problem, even if it was to check out a bit later to explore a bit in a place.

The location was great and the swimming pool great

No air conditioning in our room

I liked everything.From the day that I made the booking until my departure time.Friendly staff, clean and very spacious facility.My children enjoyed the swim in the pool at night after a very long journey

There's absolutely nothing that my family and I did not like about Ronvu@Bertram.Everything was on point.
