Everything was very nice and clean, a lot of space

Everything was great

We loved the lanai (what Hawaiians call a porch/patio) and the causal start to each day. There was also a bidet in the bathroom that was wonderful. Parking was easy and access from the highway was a piece of cake. We loved watching the geckos from the lanai. It was nice to be able to walk to the ocean and easily walk to a nearby coffee shop.

The coqui frogs were a bother. There was one close to the property that was so loud every night that we had to run the AC unit just to try to drown out the noise. We ended up sleeping with ear plugs. The washer/dryer was great, but a bit musty smelling and needs a cleaning.

We loved how spacious it was even though there were only three of us. The price was perfect for the amount of space there was and the location on alii was close to stores, foods, and different restaurants. We weren’t at this room much as we were out and about but the when we were, we were very comfortable. They also provide lots of board game activities and beach accessories!

L'appartement est joli et spacieux. Il est très bien équipé, que ce soit pour la cuisine ou pour les affaires de plage (parasols, chaises de plage, masque, tuba, bouées etc) et il y avait même des jeux ! La petite terrasse est très agréable ! L'emplacement dans le lotissement est parfait : à côté de la place de parking, de plein pieds, et à 2 pas de la piscine. La piscine est d'ailleurs très bien et agréable. Le Check-in était facile, nous avons reçu toutes les informations nécessaires de manière claire.

Il faisait un peu chaud, et ce malgré les deux climatiseurs disponibles dans l'appartement.

Bel appartement, bien équipé. Piscine et bbq, excellent service!

Il est vrai que la climatisation cause problème. Appareils bruyants qui auraient avantage à être remplacés. Des ventilateurs sont aussi disponibles.

Also die Lage ist hervorragend! Nah an Kona, dennoch sehr ruhig und der Pool und Gasgrillbereich sind einfach toll! Es gibt direkt in der Wohnung auch Waschmaschine und Trockner und auch ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gut mit vielem ausgestattet…

Naja die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen… Bilder sind offenbar von der Wand gefallen, in der Dusche hängen einige Regale schief und krumm und sind daher nicht mehr nutzbar! Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ist extrem laut und man macht kein Auge zu mit dem Höllenlärm, während die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer defekt war (machte nur warme Luft)… und die Küchenmöbel und manche Küchenutensilien sind halt schon recht klebrig, also allzu empfindlich darf man da nicht sein

Die Einweisung hat hervorragend geklappt. Toll dass zum Apartment ein Parkplatz gehört. Das Apartment ist grosszügig geschnitten und auch die Ausgangslage ist gut.

Das Apartment ist schon in die Jahre gekommen was eigentlich kein Problem ist. Allerdings klebt überall die Patina der vorbewohner. Nach 2 min barfuss laufen hatte man schwarze Füsse. Die schränke haben sich schmierig angefüllt, das Geschirr und Besteck haben wir vor der Benutzung gewaschen. Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine haben gemüffelt und die Klimaanlage war unglaublich laut

Ruhige zentrale Lage Sehr höfliches Personal mit der Option schon vor offizieller check in Zeit in die Wohnung zu kommen. Schöne Terasse und toller Gemeinschaftspool

Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen Sofabett musste selbst bezogen werden. Die Bettwäsche in der Kammer war zum Teil löchrig und hatte zum Teil Flecken. Dort sollte man mal in neues Bettzeug investieren. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt in Summe für uns leider nicht
