Enjoy the sunset at OCEAN FRONT 1BR Apartment - pool on site!

Unit is comfortable but dated; it felt like we had stepped back 30 years in time, but it was also rather homey. Ceiling fan in the main room did not work, column fans are old and noisy, as were the two portable AC units. Because we were on the ground floor, we did not feel safe leaving the sliding door open overnight. Fortunately, the weather was not too warm, and the patio was enjoyable in the morning and evening at least. Bed is too firm, and pillows too thin. Kitchen is very functional and well-equipped however. Bathroom was great. Frustrated about not getting the wi-fi info until 24 hours after our arrival... especially because cell data reception is very poor.

This was just charming. I already miss drinking coffee on the patio and looking down the drive at the ocean and the beautiful landscaping.

Not much. The description was very misleading. There was no ocean front. A road was in front. We had to walk to the beach. I could have booked a nice place if I wanted to walk to the beach n walk to the sunset. I was very very disappointed. You could not see nor hear the ocean from this property. Will contest what we paid with credit

They have a white sandy beach in the first picture that beach was 2 miles down the road but they make it sound you can walk there. The beach you could walk to from the apt was black lava you could not go in the water or walk on the beach The sink was about a foot lower than most kitchens hard on your back. The air conditioning was so loud you could not hear the tv nor could you sleep if running. There were 4 remotes and no instructions But the very worst was I was taking a shower all soaped up and they turned off the water so I could not rinse off. No text or anything telling us it was being shut off at 10 when check out was 11 Good thing we moved to the Marriott where I could wash off. You should look at their room description It was actually ocean front and a beach I will fight the charges. I am willing To pay $200

Great location. Has all of the amenities in unit, and more! The condo itself is large and comfortable. Has a beautiful patio with a large table top. Would stay again!

Mattress was a bit stiff. Not terrible, but not my favorite style.

I loved how everything was in the middle so it was about an hour or two away from good activities to do in the island! Also I loved how nice and comfortable it was here. The bed was comfortable, it felt like a vacation apartment with everything you need, a sofa bed, a bed, towels, a kitchen, outside patio, essentials, utensils to cook. A fridge, a washer machine. It was clean and comfortable! Would definitely come back again!

Just that one of the a/c was not working properly to cool off the living room.

Spacious and had all the essentials

So hot inside. The airconditioning in the living area is totally ineffective so it is uncomfortably hot all the time. The AC units are portable with exhaust pipes out the window so the compressor is in the room. The pipe for the living area AC blows most of the hot air back into the room as it is not properly sealed to the outside. The bedroom AC works but is so loud it can't be used at night. Also whilst the apartment complex is water front the unit is not, so no view except the unit next door. The pool was closed during our stay for repairs, not the unit owners fault of course.

The residential complex is amazing, with pool and barbecue that u can use. The owner is super kind and the apartment is fully equipped with everything that u need. We felt like at home!
