The property was ocean front and convenient to the town area. The condo was a nice size and the patio area was nice.

The condo itself was not ocean front and I felt the listing wasn't clear about that. Kitchen stove area could have been cleaner. Living room area was warm. There was a cooling unit in that area but it did not cool the area.

"Oceanside, clean quiet and comfortable one bedroom."

On Oceanside. Clean and had everything we needed-well equipped kitchen, lots of towels, nice lanai and pool.

A little dark inside. Not a big issue since we were on the lanai , at the pool or exploring around the island.

"Great spot for a stay in Kona"

Loved the pool and close proximity to everything. Kitchen was great. Laundry facilities were great.

Sofa bed could be a little softer. Oven needed a clean and an oven tray.

"Worn out and overpriced small condo."

It felt safe and secure. Had a nice pool. Not much street noise.

Worn out. Bad lighting, can hardly read a book with all lights on. Some light bulbs out. Terrible TV setup. Tight floor plan especially in bathroom. Expensive for low quality.

Comfortable bed, nice location

Some of the lights didn't work which was frustrating since we got there after dark. There seems to be a lack of care and maintained
