Enjoy the sunset at OCEAN FRONT 1BR Apartment - pool on site!

The size of the property and surrounding area was great. We felt safe and found the household amenities very useful during our short stay. Appliances in the kitchen and sports gear in the mudroom were available for guest use. Excellent provision of towels, clean spaces for storage and luggage area, all made our stay fuss-free.

The cleaning crew may have consumed weed indoors which left a slight smell throughout our stay, not the worst but something to caution for guests with a more sensitive sense of smell. Earlier check-in timing could be offered.

Some food in the cupboard, was good

Warning about this property: the listing implies that there is a $150 standard refundable deposit for damages, but they will keep it. The welcome package instructs you to do the laundry (wash the sheets etc), wash dishes, and tidy up after yourself so I spent my morning there doing all that assuming that I would receive my “deposit” back, but they still charged me a $150 cleaning fee. The apartment was ok but definitely not worth $300/ night. Why would I spend the same as a decent hotel and then do all the chores too? Definitely not worth staying here again, I would recommend the Marriot or something else instead. I feel it was very deceptive; the price for this location total was really $360/ night, not $150 as advertised.

Clean. Quick response to emails. Very quiet.

Full sized one bedroom apartment. Great bathroom, washer and dryer, fans and air conditioners. The bed was comfortable with lamps on the nightstands. Large closet, desk in living room and a pull out couch bed. There was a free parking space for 1 car, pool and the ocean was about 100 yards away with benches to watch the waves or sunset. This apartment was on the ground floor so no carrying luggage up the stairs. Nice big screen TV with lots of app selections. There was a table outside on the patio but it was too hot to use. The Villa was about 1 1/2 miles from town with a bus stop right in front so you could get around without a car.

There was no view of the ocean from the actual apartment, just plants. (which were beautiful) I know it is necessary in tropical climates to have roach traps out, but I still don't like them nor the 2 dead ones I found. The ocean was about 100 yds away and no beach, all rocks. Very common in Kona.

The house have so much facilites and is very comfy, the rooms are simples but lovelys

The bedroom air conditioner was terrific and much needed. The site is wonderful.

The bed was quite hard as well as a bit small, and the pillows too soft for our taste.

Great location, plenty of amenities and space!
