Enjoy the sunset at OCEAN FRONT 1BR Apartment - pool on site!

We got clear instructions on getting the key code to main door, access key to pool and coastal area, property maintenance before checkout. The place was roomy, quick walk to the coastal are in the back of property to watch the sunset, and nice in the morning as the sun rises. Nice bathroom accommodations (towels, shampoo, strong shower head), well-equipped kitchen, and a nice sitting area.

Kitchen could use more ceiling light. There is a ceiling fan with light but no way to turn off the fan. A little pricey for the stay of 2 people. Give it 8.5/10.0.

It is a relaxed condo with a comfortable bed and nice updates. The beach access is easy and beautiful! The location was perfect for accessing all areas of the island.

I did not like that we saw two cockroaches. We had to empty our suitcases before leaving to ensure we didn't have any hitchhiker bugs traveling home with us.

compared to the other places I stayed for the nine days. Way better then hotels by far. I even stayed at Hilton. I called walk a lot Hilton. did not enjoy that very expensive stay at the Hilton took 2 1/2 hours just to get checked in . The condo pull up your car walk about 50 feet you’re in your room, no hassle. I loved that the pool didn’t have a bunch of children in it. Plus, condo is extremely well supplied with all the little extras that you need. if I was going to go back to Kona, I would repeat that condo.

convenience to get back-and-forth to my room after parking car. Having your own personal patio. not price gouging for Hawaii.

The location and the apartment was pretty big.

The pool key didn't work and a code was needed. No directions left anywhere. A loud toddler was next door. Bed was very uncomfortable. Shower liner was dirty.

The bed was a little to hard for me. It was not so bad that I would not stay again. I would like to return for a longer visit.

We liked the comfort and the location. Close to downtown and great snorkeling.

The location was good because it was near to town and also close to snorkeling beaches. All needs supplied. Nice lanai.
