Holualoa Gardens 101

Very comfortable and cozy

We are a no muss no fuss family that appreciates the small things that make life easier. This stay was exactly that! The first impression was beautiful decor. From the bedside charger ports, small shelves above twin beds, well-supplied kitchen, and stashes of ziplock bags we wanted for nothing. Well, maybe a dishwasher but I have two teens up for that task 😁There were clear labels throughout the condo, and the beds were so comfortable! Bonus - the beach towels and snorkel gear!! This is a place we would definitely return to.

Nothing we “didn’t like” but I’m always appreciative of a dishwasher. Also, being on first floor was great for hauling luggage but not great for views. To us, this didn’t matter because we were out and about most of day. But to some it might.

Nice location with easy access to some of the beaches. Some restaurants close enough to walk but more choice a short drive away and the bus stopped right outside. It was helpful to have snorkelling equipment we could use.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely apartment, great bathroom

Clean, cute, quaint, comfortable beds, a/c and ceiling fans, easy to use TV, nicely decorated, additional touches such as everything you need in kitchen besides coffee, cream, sugar, dishes, pans, microwave, etc.. Had added condiments and sunburn gel in frig as well as ice packs for the large cooler to take to beach, ice, beach towels, beach chairs (Nice!), snorkeling equipment, etc. Wshr/Dryer with detergent was priceless (lotta beach sand LOL!). Could not beat if for 6 nights, 7 days, 4 ppl, for the price in HAWAII! OMGosh, it was a gold mine!

No mirror at all in the bedroom. It c/h used a long mirror perhaps behind the door (there was plenty of room for it). Also the bathroom had no fan so it got quite steamy in there. Sliding windows didn't lock so the first thing we did was bought latches to lock windows from the inside :-) We left them there for the next lucky folks (you're welcome)! But that was IT! It was very nice and enjoyable, with view of the pool.

it was clean, close to town, had everything we needed. the host was very accommodating and responded quickly when we needed assistance. also parking was easy.

The unit was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was easy to park and access with the provided code. The host provided great communication and helpful information.

The pool area was definitely tired and we were extra aware not to disturb the primarily permanent residents in the building. Our friends were staying in the rental building across the road and we utilized their pool and oceanside BBQ area everyday. If this had not been available to us we would have found the lack of outdoor space challenging.

Not their fault but there was a rooster crowing all night starting at 2 or 3 and all day .keept me up the first couple of nights
