"Wonderful cosy little house at Tekapo"

Great location, quiet neighborhood. The house was extremely spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you could need, even provided a loaf of bread for breakfast. The best part for me was the heated bed!!! You could get some free animal feed from the check-in counter to feed the goats and alpacas near the lodge.

Check-in process was slightly stressful because I had to call a few times before I could get through the phone to the receptionist. Since the keys are obtained from a lockbox, perhaps you could consider implementing a self-check in to just send the lockbox code to guests through the booking messaging system? It also would be extremely helpful if car parking instructions could be sent beforehand as well. But apart from these, we truly enjoyed our stay!!!

My favourite of all the places I stayed in New Zealand. Spacious, clean, well located. Added touches of hospitality, such as a fresh loaf of bread with butter and jam waiting for me on arrival. Plus, I got to feed lambs and llamas - bonus holiday memories!
