Bathroom with separate wet and dry areas for enhance convenient Limited storage space for toileries in bathroom.. should consider bringing a small caddy on shower

The property is okay for a short stay. The rooms are comfy and has basic needs. We did not realise it was a shared entrance and parking based on a first come first served. This was the first property to take a damage deposit from us which we wouldn’t have picked again. You don’t see anyone on check in so just a code. We felt personally travelling around NZ and other countries the last few months that this property has a lot of rules, even charges for the wrong recycling going into the wrong bin- with young children this isn’t the ideal properly for us.

This place has a good location, easy walk into town and a quiet neighbourhood. Communication was excellent, and the house was absolutely spotless. Would recommend.

Kitchen needs to be better stocked. It was challenging to cook a single meal
