Clean and neat

Not a lot of cooking utensils if you were eating in plus the television was left by Chinese ppl and we could not get it to download or go to English .

Very clean, great size, close to town

Really busy street, street and car lights through the curtains, communal use of the pool table in adjoining garage is problematic when the other users decide that 10pm is a good time to start playing

Good location

For $1000 a night couldn’t provide us with an iron and we had a wedding the next day, the property ignored our messages for help throughout the stay and after calling them advised they weren’t open during those times. Beds are small in the twin room. The property gets very hot in the afternoon sun. Games room looks way better in photos, it’s just a garage, not worth the money

Relatively new apartment

The main door is shared between 2 apartments & if neighbour accidentally closed the main door ( with access card ) then there is no way to open the door if the neighbours are out too as no access card is given to customers

The location was great. It was close to the heart of the Lake Tekapo town centre. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The kitchen was amazing. We had a very pleasant stay. And the entertainment room was a pleasant surprise.

Nice and well presented property. Had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Some of the dishes and white-wares were not cleaned properly

The location of the property was ok but the restaurants around that area were closed by the time we were ready to eat something.

It could have been better if there were some milk kept in the fridge. The bedrooms were hot as there were no air conditioning in the bed rooms. So it will be appreciated if a pedestal fan or similar could be made available for the gust to use if needed.

Really nice place and good location

We found an underwear under one of the beds 🤢Also poor communication with the owner/staff. They didn’t reply to my messages when I asked for my deposit back. They mentioned it would show as “pending” but they just took that money from my account days before the check in and when I asked them twice about it they just ignored my messages. I’m still waiting and haven’t received it back.
