Nothing. This was a rip off.

This was not an appartment. This was a tiny room with two children size beds. There was no kitchen. The airconditioning did not work. The only way to air the room was to leave the sliding door open. There was no view since two cars were parked right in front of our appartment. And work was in process at the other side of the street so there was a fence. Amenities and toiletries were parcimonious and the absolute minimum.For this enormous outrageous price one would expect quality, but no. During our trip in New Zealand we stayed in twenty hotels, motels and B&B's , mostly via Booking.com. They were all very good or even excellent and half the price or much less than this one, by far too expensive room. We payd around 620 dollars. Outrageous and scandalous. The only thing that worked was the shower. This is why we did not give a zero. Do not book this so called appartment unless you are completely desparate.

This is definitely not an apartment! This is a room with an ensuite bathroom. There are 2 twin beds as expected. There is a fridge and a kettle. No appliance to heat/cook food which one would expect in an apartment. 2 mugs and teaspoons, 2 bowls and dessert spoons, 2 dinner plates but no cutlery, and 4 glasses. There is washing up liquid and we are asked to wash any crockery etc before we leave. There is only the bathroom sink to do this. There is only one chair for two people to sit on. No table, no bedside tables. The beds have wooden headboards and wooden ends at the bottom of the bed. I am 5'8" and my feet kept touching the end, my husband is 6' and he too found this very annoying during the night. The description of this accommodation is far from adequate and we are very disappointed considering the price that we paid. The view of the lake from the room is only possible when cars are not parked in front of the property. There is no room privacy unless the blind is down. However, the accommodation was very clean. That is the only plus point that comes to mind. I have used Booking.com before and have always been delighted with the accommodation. This has let you down badly. Please change the description, it is not an apartment and certainly not worth NZD 473.41

Parking space can be difficult to navigate

The view was fantastic.

Would have been better with a couple more facilities such as toaster and microwave.
