Fabulous accommodation. My Aunty and I loved this place, having our own rooms with our own ensuite was amazing. Could not have asked for better facilities, nice little touches including the dyson hairdryer, washing machine complete with washing powder, and board games. So nice and clean and warm. Best place we have stayed so far on our road trip and will be very hard to beat. Lovely host. Highly recommend. If we could give 11 out of 10 we would.

"Most impressed."

The shower pressure was awesome, the best shower we had in 13 days, this included staying in well known hotel chain.

The couch was quite uncomfortable, especially for 2 adults and a teenager. It would be nice to have a selection of seating arrangements ie one lounge chair and a comfy 3 seater.

Convoluted payment and check in processes. Overpriced as with all Lake Tekapo accommodations.

The washing machine is broken. I couldn’t open the door of the washing machine even it finished washing, so I tried to choose other mode in order to make the washing machine work and finished thus I can open up the door of it. But it didn’t work at all and my clothes were keep washing inside the machine until all broken. At the end I have to leave the house in the early morning and return back again in order to get my clothes back . When their staff come also can’t fix the machine and I have to wait for them to figure it out.

It was clean. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Complications getting key. Not advised before committed. Space round bed very narrow. Twin room guest could not shut door without moving bed! No shelf space in far bathroom. Have owners ever used it themselves? Nowhere to hang wet macs. Where was the restaurant?

Clean and comfortable, had the basics that we needed.

Disappointing for the price. Pictures were very misleading, show casing the better of the two properties. Considering the price, the fittings and appliances were quite dated. Kitchen cloth was a chux cut in half. Couldn’t find milk frother for the coffee machine, no tongs, soap needed refilling.
