Perfect location for exploring Centro Historico..museums, galleries, markets and colonial architecture are all within easy walk from accomadation. Situated on the 8th floor with many windows and outdoor patio the apartment felt spacious and light. It is easy to contact the host who responded quickly to my query.

While the location is great, on the next street there are numerous music stores and very loud base music often through the day and well into the evening. This is an old building so plumbing etc is dated but all working. Lift only goes to 6th floor which wasn"t an issue for me but needs to be stated for others less able.

Amazing location – so central and yet relatively peaceful. We were never bothered by noise from the street. The views are incredible. The kitchen is well equipped. Hot water worked well. The downstairs bedrooms has a nice walk-in closet. We felt safe and secure. The elevator is cool and vintage!

I didn't see anything in the listing saying that the elevator goes to the 6th floor and then you have to climb two more floors, or that there's a metal grate bridge to cross into the apartment – not great for people with fear of heights. Also it was consistently hard to get the entry key pad to work. The upstairs bedroom is only for people who don't mind some light since not all the windows have covers. These are worth being aware of but not major setbacks – we would go again!

This gem of an apartment made our short stay in the historic district an extra special experience. The owner was quick to respond and accommodated us for an extended stay. The decor was vintage and so appealing it gave me ideas for my new place.

Lift did not go to floor. Should have been told there were flights of stairs to negotiate with luggage.

Amazing location and a lovely space with a great terrace. There were a few cosmetic things that would freshen up the place but it had no bearing on the overall stay - and is merely an observation and by no means a criticism. We were very happy with our choice, and the owner couldn't have been more helpful and responsive.
