Great location.. close to everything, easy to commute!

Our room had bed bugs! No one was answering the phone, only able to contact through online messaging which was very stressful as i had to keep checking to see if anyone replied after i asked to be contacted via phone! The issue wasn’t resolved. I have footage of bed bugs, dead bed bugs which makes it known they were there before our visit! I haven’t been accommodated in no way! As me and my family didn’t get no rest the last night as we didn’t want to get bite up more!

"Defective room assigned for short initial stay; issues became apparent upon our return"

The location is excellent and very convenient, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and worked well during this short visit.

This covers the initial two days of our split stay. Because it was so brief, we didn't realize the severity of the issues until we returned to the exact same room for the second leg of our trip. We then discovered the AC was completely broken, the advertised parking was unavailable, and the unit had cockroaches (documented with photos in my other review). I am rating this stay equally poorly because we were assigned this defective room from day one, and the host completely ignored all our messages to resolve the issues.

"NO TIENE PARKING, engaño"

Mienten indicando que tienen parking y esto NO es asi, te hacen llenar un check in online, pagar depósito de 100 dolares para recién pasar a la información del alojamiento en donde finalmente indican que NO tienen parking, te indican parking públicos cercanos pagados o estacionar en la calle con riesgo de que la grúa se lleve tu auto. Es una ESTAFA cuando realmente necesitas llegar en auto y filtras parking en Booking, este lugar ni siquiera deberia ser una opción viable.
