The location is excellent and very convenient. The cleaning staff was very helpful and professional, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and worked well throughout the stay.

The stay was ruined by serious hygiene and technical issues. We found cockroaches in the unit (documented with photos). The AC was broken, only blowing an air, and the advertised parking was unavailable. The host was notified of all these issues during our stay but failed to fix them. Once the stay ended and we requested a resolution, they completely stopped communicating and ignored us.

Location

The air conditioning did not work well. It was hot and stuffy. Thin walls, lots of noise from neighbors late into the night. Expecting a sitting area not just rooms. Our TV wouldn't work.

The only problem for us being people over 65 that the apartment was on the second floor and we had heavy luggage. We struggled a little bit. Either than that it was ok

Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu fragen übrig, Beschreibung wo sich die Unterkunft befindet war sehr ungenau und Parkplatz war auch keiner vorhanden wie es in der Beschreibung eigentlich gesagt wurde.
