"Great location for our first trip to Miami."

Location is great. It’s in a quiet area but close enough to walk to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road. It is spacious but I would have liked a sitting area.

It does need some updating in general

The unit is functional, very clean, and accommodated our needs during our visit. We love the location, and the price is great.

The registration process is not great. The online check-in app is not functioning right, and we had to contact booking.com to get in touch with the property after calling them to no avail. The toilet needs to get fixed. It kept running after flashing. The parking spot has no assigned sign, so people parked at all 3 spots, we had to find another parking area and paid for several days until one spot became available.

We cooked our own breakfasts using the kitchen, which was well equipped (kitchen towels, plates and bowls, mugs and glasses, silverware, a toaster, a microwave, kettle, oil, salt and pepper, garbage bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid). We would have appreciated a bit more kitchenware, such as a larger pot and a frying pan, as we only had a pancake pan and a very small pot. The hosts even provided a beach umbrella, beach towels, and beach chairs, which exceeded our expectations. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were clean and cosy with good AC, the hosts replied promptly and efficiently (we asked for an iron and our request was immediately satisfied), and the location felt safe and was relatively close to the beach (about a 20–25 minute walk) through a beautiful park. Great stay overall! We would definitely return!

The neighbors could be a bit noisy at times after midnight (loud TV/conversations), but that’s not really something you can control.

Nosso sistema de ar condicionado não funcionou. Prometeram consertar e não consertaram. Barata no banheiro. Box do banheiro vaza agua pelo banheiro todo. Não fazem nenhum tipo de limpeza ou manutenção durante período de estadia.
