Clean and presentable, but that is all.

It is extremely hard to find for a start. When we arrived, the air con was leaking so much water out and it was drenching the TV, TV remote and spilling onto the tiled floor. My partner actually slipped on the wet tiles as we noticed the leak. I contacted the host and they attended and turned off the Aircon, stating it would be fixed the next morning. Although there was a fan, it was still incredibly hot and humid in the room, so barely slept due to this. The next morning, I was told the maintenance man would come and fix, I went out to explore and expected it to be fixed on my return. I don't know if the man ever came but it wasn't fixed. I dealt with it for the final night, and upon arriving home I expressed that I wasn't happy with being charged at the full rate when the air con didn't work and it left us unable to sleep well both nights. The host didn't reply and still hasn't! I'm not a Karen in the slightest, I've never written a bad review about any establishment, but this one really took the cake.
