Lakes Hotel & Spa Apartments

Loved the location. Easy walking distance into Bowness but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Super friendly staff and great facilities such as the pool, put and cocktail bar.

The aparetment was advertised as cosy and it certainly was! There wasn't much space to hang things out to dry - which would have been useful on some rainy days in the Lakes

our spa apartment had limited headroom in the bathroom which was a bit annoying

service and staff were excellent. Friendly, warm and welcoming. They showed us round when we got there and nothing was too much trouble. Can't praise them enough!

All staff exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Lovely building, bar, restaurant, pub.

The spa pool area isn't big enough for amount of guests. As hotel offers very good service it seems to be always well booked at weekends and at peak times in pool area the spa can't accommodate the large number of the guests.

We’ve stayed before and the service, quality of the rooms and friendliness of staff was excellent, this is why we came back.

One of the main reasons for picking this hotel was that I was accompanied by my two daughters 9 and 11, who love pools, as all children do. But on this 2nd visit the pool times for children we’re changed to mornings until 2pm. I’m sad to say because of this we will not be returning.
