absolutely everything we could have needed was provided within the property. very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

the fire alarm went off 3 times during night haha but that could not be helped no fault of the place or owners. hopefully the building gets whatever was tripping it sorted out.

Property had everything we need and the location was perfect. Kids really enjoyed the stay. Very nice experience.

Location very good, very clean well made dinning area, Hall, kitchen in fact everything was excellent

Very comfortable flat with all the comforts of home. John was great - he provided us with most of the info we needed when we got there, and was responsive to questions. The place is close to everything in Windermere, including the bus that goes to the other towns. I would stay here again any time.

Nothing, with the caveat that it's 2 stories up with no lift. But the stairs aren't too steep, and have handrails.

Great location. Comfortable for the family.

Shower is difficult to get in a comfortable setting. Can hear every foot step of the people above you.
