Very spacious and comfortable apartment at a good price. Brilliant location for sightseeing in Lake District, one street back from Windermere’s main street but very quiet at all times, and secure off-street parking.

The flat was superb, just off the main street in Windermere, yet very quiet. Even had designated secure parking.Dog friendly, even provided a dog bed! The flat was huge, 3 great bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. John, the host, had thought of everything.

Nothing, the flat had everything we needed and in a great location.

A large comfortable flat with all the facilities to make our stay easy. Plenty of room for all our gear (bikers). The secure parking was very useful.

Flat is 3 floors up , so climbing stairs.

Apartment is airy, spacious and very homely as the photos show. Well equipped and the washing machine and drying rack were very useful with even washing powder and conditioner supplied plus tablets for the dishwasher. Lovely park view from windows. Location was great with a bus stop close by as were two small supermarkets. Larger one, Booths, by train/bus station. John very kindly collected us from the train station and returned us which we much appreciated as even though not far it wouldn’t have been fun in the rain with our cases. We enjoyed apartment as a couple but a family with children would also be comfortable and relaxed in the apartment. Excellent value.

Oven instructions would be helpful.
