Keys will be given to guests after they do the following: 1. Fill in registry sheet for the group that will use the unit. 2. Guarantee document, which will be given back upon check-out, if the apartment shows no damages 3. Payment of the remaining amount of the total stay (if there is any amount pending), early check-out won't entitle guests to any refund. 4. Sign the inventory. Towels and toiletries are not provided. If the credit card is rejected, guests will be able to provide a different card during the following 24 hours only. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. A deposit may be required at the property.

A estadia nos surpreendeu positivamente, o apartamento é muito aconchegante, muito limpo e organizado, tudo novinho, o prédio inteiro é muito limpo, tem de tudo, tem até armário para cada apartamento guardar seus equipamentos de esqui na garagem, cozinha equipada, leve algo para cozinhar, vai ser leve e divertido, tivemos momentos muito bons em família na cozinha. Tinha uma suite e um quarto para as crianças com um banheiro no corredor, isso ajudou muito na hora que chegávamos cansados da pista loucos por um banho, pois tínhamos 2 chuveiros, a pista e muito perto, tem caminhãozinho que passa a cada 15 minutos. A vista é simplesmente incrível. Fomos muito bem recepcionados por Juanito, ele conhece tudo da montanha e dá dicas de ouro, quando o caminhãozinho demora ele leva até a pista, ou busca, é só combinar com ele que se ele estiver disponível fará questão de ajudar. Contratamos o Transfer Santiago montanha e vice e versa com o Fermin que é responsável pelo transfer da pousada ( serviço a parte ) com melhor custo benefício de todas as cotações que fiz. Além de fazermos passeio em Santiago com a equipe dele também. Por fim, não vejo a hora de voltar! Mutchas gracias Habitamar e equipe!!!!!

O local é muito perto da entrada do parque de El Colorado.O Apartamento é muito equipado, chuveiro quente no 2 banheiros .Cama muito quentinha .Limpo demais.Ruanito e Fernandita ajudam em tudo.Nos levaram a Farelones.Eles tem algumas coisinhas de necessidade para vender a preços razoáveis. Guardaram nossas malas até o horário da Van da skytotal nos buscar .Na chegada nos deram early checkin. Não sei como posso agredecer e elogiar mais .Simplesmente perfeito.

Ótimo local para se hospedar com amigos e família! Localizado bem próximo a estação de El Colorado, o local é limpo, com camas confortáveis, roupas de cama de qualidade e chuveiro bom! Possui uma pequena cozinha bem equipada, o que facilita muito o dia a dia.
