Keys will be given to guests after they do the following: 1. Fill in registry sheet for the group that will use the unit. 2. Guarantee document, which will be given back upon check-out, if the apartment shows no damages 3. Payment of the remaining amount of the total stay (if there is any amount pending), early check-out won't entitle guests to any refund. 4. Sign the inventory. Towels and toiletries are not provided. If the credit card is rejected, guests will be able to provide a different card during the following 24 hours only. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. A deposit may be required at the property.

O proprietário foi super gentil, respondeu prontamente todas as minhas dúvidas. Quando chegamos nosso apartamento já estava prontinho. Limpeza, colchão, roupas de cama e utensílios de cozinha impecáveis. As fotos não traduzem a beleza da vista, que é de tirar o fôlego. Além disso, é bem perto da pista de ski. O Juan, que é o responsável pelos apartamentos, nos recebeu muito bem, passou todas as orientações, foi muito prestativo e educado. O transfer indicado foi ótimo e o Sr. Firmim nos atendeu muito bem em tudo que precisávamos, inclusive nos levando à loja para alugar os equipamentos de ski.

Talvez as toalhas de banho pudessem ser maiores. E na cozinha, poderia ter algumas taças para vinho. São detalhes mínimos que em nada interferem na qualidade do apartamento.

"It was great."

It was clean and quiet. The hosts were great. They had employees who dug our car out of the snow.

We had to drive to the ski slopes. However, it seems they might have provided a shuttle service had we asked.
