Property Notes

Keys will be given to guests after they do the following: 1. Fill in registry sheet for the group that will use the unit. 2. Guarantee document, which will be given back upon check-out, if the apartment shows no damages 3. Payment of the remaining amount of the total stay (if there is any amount pending), early check-out won't entitle guests to any refund. 4. Sign the inventory. Towels and toiletries are not provided. If the credit card is rejected, guests will be able to provide a different card during the following 24 hours only. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Conforto, hospitalidade e boas lembranças"

A localização é excelente. Dá para ir andando para a estação de esqui, porém íamos de carro devido aos equipamentos que transportávamos. Há um depósito individualizado por unidade para deixar os equipamentos de esqui. No nosso apartamento havia uma suíte, um quarto e um banheiro, além de uma sala com cozinha integrada. Os anfitriões foram muito simpáticos e prestativos no que precisássemos.

O sinal de internet do imóvel às vezes falhava. Isso não é exclusivo da propriedade: em todos os lugares de El Colorado a internet falhava eventualmente.

O apartamento é melhor do que aparenta ser nas fotos. SUPER LIMPO!!! Camas confortáveis, calefação funciona muito bem e os utensílios de cozinha também suprem a necessidade para uma família fazer refeições no local.

Ótimos anfitriões. Mantiveram o lugar impecável durante uma nevasca. A vista do quarto era sensacional. Provavelmente o por-do-sol mais lindo que já vi numa montanha, e com certeza o mais lindo que vi de dentro de um quarto.

Lugar MARAVILHOSO. Equipe muito educada. Apartamento perfeito! Tivemos a sorte de ficar hospedados durante uma nevasca e ver a neve caindo de dentro do apartamento pelos janelões de vidro foi mágico. Aquecimento no apartamento todo, que funcionou muito bem. Adoramos ficar hospedados lá. Foi perfeito.

El hotel es excelente. Tiene todo lo necesario para esquiar. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Y lo más importante es la atención de los dueños. Juan y su esposa te ayudan con todo lo que necesites. Te llevarán a la montaña si es necesario, así como al supermercado cercano. ¡Enhorabuena!
