Property Notes

Keys will be given to guests after they do the following: 1. Fill in registry sheet for the group that will use the unit. 2. Guarantee document, which will be given back upon check-out, if the apartment shows no damages 3. Payment of the remaining amount of the total stay (if there is any amount pending), early check-out won't entitle guests to any refund. 4. Sign the inventory. Towels and toiletries are not provided. If the credit card is rejected, guests will be able to provide a different card during the following 24 hours only. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Excelente ubicación, un lugar para regresar"

Tiene muy buena ubicación, las fotos no le hacen justicia, el departamento es bonito y bien equipado, tiene de todo un poco en la cocina, el espacio es suficiente para familia de 4, cuentas con agua caliente y calefacción, todo es muy limpio. El personal es amable. Nos encantó, regresaremos sin duda.

Tudo ótimo. O casal de proprietários é muito prestativo, educado e faz tudo pra facilitar nossa vida. Foi com a gente alugar os equipamentos de ski, deu orientações sobre o funcionamento do centro de esqui e tudo que precisamos foi atendido. No local tem alguns itens pra comprar , mas leve sua comida pra fazer. Deixei no perfil maternar e viajar todas as dicas.

A acomodação é extremamente confortável, os dois banheiros são imprescindíveis para quatro pessoas facilita muito! O conforto da família! A limpeza e organização da acomodação são prefeitas! Porém a vista das janelas acomodação é mágica!

Ruanito e Fernandita são incriveis na recepção e atencao durante a hospedagem . O ap é delicioso e as camas fofissimas com tudo muito novinho e impecável. O Centro de Ski do el colorado fica bem pertinho da hospedagem e tem um caminhãozinho do povoado que fica passando e levando e trazendo todo mundo . Assistir ao por do sol no fim do dia sentado na neve na varanda é demais ! não percam

Excelente apartamento, calefação perfeita, cama boa, chuveiro ótimo! Atendimento do pessoal também, sempre a disposição!

Acomodação é excelente! O custo é alto, mas tudo em El Colorado é caro, então a culpa nem é da pousada!
