Le Grec Wine Tram Apartment #3

The location was excellent for the wine tram and the host kindly agreed for us to park our car at the property in the morning before checking in. Luckily, when we arrived early/min-morning, the cleaner was still in the room. She was very friendly and she gave us the keys and showed us which parking we could use as this was not clear. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

The room was on the ground floor which I had not realised. This would have been fine but there were no burglar bars and in particular, the front door had no security gate which made my friend and I (two girls) anxious about safety. Although the area seemed fine, the host could do more from a safety point of view. I imagine the entrance gate is probably manned at night by security guards, but the host should let guests know if this is the case to allay any fears.

It was value for money and great location. I highly recommend the property.

Close to the wine tram bus Organised for power shedding

The description was very misleading: it said bright space when in fact it was a bunker: impossible to open windows for safety and privacy. Incredibly humid and stinky. Run down, not very clean (carpets, floors and kitchen especially) Beds for 4 ppl but all the kitchenware was for 3 ppl

Great location. Lovely host.

It needs some serious love and attention. Mats need a good clean as well as under the bed. Drains smelled really bad. It has so much potential but it just isn't taken care of :(

Short walk to the Wine Tram and the coffee shop. Basically, just a place to sleep. The bed was ok to sleep on.

No view from the room. The towels were rock-hard and the throw pillows on the bed I slept in were dirty.

This place was super clean and very comfortable. The location was brilliant just a few steps away from the Franschheok tram terminal. Amazingly good value.
