Suddenly, the Contact Louise from Merveille Homestay phone number 012 2628639 personnel messages me at 2330 pm and said the location that already booked has problems and changes to the new location. I tried to nego and asked him to find the same location, but he said you should take it or cancel the booking. What I'm know this booking terms is non refundable. Less than 24H, he changed and put us in risk situations that we already have planned in our vacation. I don't have a choice. I accept with million reason......last minutes. 08.09... After entering the house. Very sad .... unpleasant smells. Ohss come from the kitchen bowl. What we do.... boil and flush with hot water. Other things are pillowcases and mattress pads in the living room, not change..smelly. . Suggest booking.com banded this agency. I'm feeling his cheat and manipulate the booking by at first place offer good location but in the end change . If he is sincere, 1. Why is a personal message 2. Why still remains the location at sunrise eventsthough for ratings, but the reality he changes without knowing from booking.com 3. If the agent is sincere, he should cancel therfore customer can get the refund. I have the same experience with cancellation from booking.com, but everything happens through the same platform, not a personal message.. Please 1k please take action for this agent..

Superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious homestay that is worth to stay for a trip with family & friends. Host so helpful & will assist u to check-in.. Highly secure & good soundproofing.

Parking so hard to find (when came by separately with 2-3 cars) & too high amount for security deposit (Rm300), in the future (if possible) please reduce to Rm150-200.
