Nothing to like about this property, do not stay here, avoid at all costs!

There is nothing to like about this property and how it is managed and portrayed. The pictures are not representative of what you find when you get there and myself and the 2 gentlemen I was traveling with took one look at each other and decided that we moved accommodation immediately. The place was dirty, had stains on doors, mouldy paint peeling away, broken toilet seat, wallpaper peeling away from the walls, dust, and dirt hanging from air vents, the bathrooms were unclean, mould in them, holes in the ceiling, limescale all over the pipework, there is a mosque locally that is very noisy, not to mention that it is apparently in an area that is currently under a huge development programme, you wouldn't even want to enter the beach as it's a building site. I didn't want to stay one night here let alone sleep in the beds after what we saw. The management team were unprepared to offer any real help and wouldn't refund my whole stay, they gave me a measly sum back which again was disgusting considering what we found.

The space was so big.....we really love this place...if u book this place u will never felt of money wasted..really worth it

We book for 11 person but there was only 1 car park space...but still we can park outside of the place..only u need to pay for the parking fee....so...its not a big deal actually..still worth it

The location

The location is near a lot of markets (night/food/shopping) so walking was generally fine for most things.

The beds were like rocks!! I suspect multiple apartments are available for rent and the photo's could be from any of them and should only be used as a guide. The AC barely worked and despite being a beautiful area and the weather hot the pool was cold to the point of 5 mins max. If you follow Islam, the call to pray might be useful but it was SO LOUD at I thought it was going through speakers. The room we were in was very run down, plaster falling off walls.

The location is great. Good customer service,Louise and Husin from Management Office responded fast on our enquiry and request for assistances. We discovered the door lock became mulfunction after returning from dinner ard.10pm.Texted Louise and Husin and within 3pmin,Husin reached our unit with a spare key.

Lack of basic ammenities. 1) No place to hang garment We travelled to attend a wedding reception.Thus we hv brought along formal dinner attires and we hv no.place to hang them to avoid crinkles. 2) Similarly,the clothes hanger/hook at the back of the door was too tiny to hang anything. Please consider adding/replacing the clothe hangers/hooks for better customer experience while putting up a stay in Gurney Sunrise Premium Executive Suite. Thank You
